I’m back from the real world - exams have ended and I apologize for the delay in posts and fresh material. Following the conclusion of exams, I went shopping. Over and over again. Likely for three consecutive days, but I was so dazed at the end of it that I’m not sure how long it really was anymore.

Although I can’t pronounce the gloriously-foreign name, I love the high quality, fabulously designed jackets that Soia and Kyo offer for the winter season. Offered in exclusive boutique stores (such as Bleu Marine and Co, Mendocino, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and much more), this incredible product line of bold designs and detailing (characterized with large buttons) is making waves internationally. …that is, until this summer, when I started seeing ROOTS leather bags everywhere. I first wrote these totes off as too functional and, after all, from ROOTS… they sell Crocs, for crying out loud. (And as long as we’re ripping on ROOTS, let’s just get it all out now: “How does that store stay in business?” you probably ask, every time you walk by. I’m guessing the sweat pants.) But all this aside, some of these bags feel like classics in the making, namely the “Lauren” totes and “Venetian Village” …

Drawing parallels to Asian culture is always fun, especially when it comes to shoes. I’m still dumbfounded trying to understand how shoes and food are related, and if they even should be partnered. I can understand the metaphor, but I can’t wrap my head around the end result.
Essentially it’s another customization scheme branded in the most peculiar way. The thought of gnawing through layers of plastic and leather come to mind, and I still can’t find the shoes remotely appetizing to wear.
Their explanation? Here:
“Puma’s Mongolian BBQ has nothing to do …
