The new issue is out and about – CONTRA MAG has done it again with its image-rich online magazine. It’s always got that graphically charged imagery that we lust for in a magazine, this time with a New York flavour. Peppered with profiles on what’s late and great in New York, interesting folk that raise from there, and hella good fashion finds, I’m pretty confident CM has managed to boost NYC travel interest from local Torontonians.

Whilst joking about this handcream smelling like “science” (yeah yeah stop giving me dirty looks for my lack of verbal coherency), I really am in love with this handcream. Impruv handcream (okay, James Bond moment there). I’m a strong advocate for this derma-membrane-patented-cream, and I’m just spreading some good knowledge, albeit us walking into spring.

I’m an outstandingly lucky girl – loving the fact that I periodically get perfume that I love, like the CK Euphoria Spring Temptation Perfume. They say not to judge a book by its cover, or in this case, a fragrance by its bottle, but from the get go we were off to a great start (I’m personifying my new fragrance – leave me alone, every inanimate object needs a little human). With the classic CK Euphoria bottle shape, this one came in a frosted pink with gorgeous nature imagery stencils etched onto it. It’s light, it’s spring tempting, and it’s pretty.

Ever seen those wallets made of duct tape that guys seem to tote around with pride in high school? Have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about? Well all’s fair in love and recycling I suppose. The recycled necktie and suit wallet was designed by Laura Skelton, with the exterior being of a silk tie and the interior of suit material.
