Valentine’s Day may have come and gone, but the love doesn’t have to end there! Converse has teamed up with Robert Indiana (famous for his “LOVE” sculptures around the world) to produce the Chuck Taylor All Star Pop Art Collection. Inspired by Indiana’s iconic sculpture, these shoes are sure to capture hearts with their bold colours and classic design.

For aspiring shoe artists, Converse & The Global Fund have come together to create Converse (PRODUCT) RED LOVE shoes. Designed to help fight AIDS in Africa, these shoes invite everyone to express their creativity by giving their Chucks a good scribble. Who says fashion can’t be fun?

Confession time: I am beginning to loathe winter. Wool socks and snow boots are cramping my style and my toesies are craving some luxury. With spring just around the corner (erm…almost…right?), Jimmy Choo is launching a special collection of updated classics called CHOO 24:7. Whether you’re a pointy-toe pump or a functional-flat kind of girl, Mr. Choo’s new collection will complete your perfect shoe wardrobe…almost. As if any shoe wardrobe is ever complete!

My faves from the collection include the glittery flat and the heeled gladiator sandal. Swoon.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to put in a call to Mother Nature to bring back pretty shoe weather ASAP.

One of the first things I had to do when finding out that I was going to Vancouver was to tweet up some of the girls that I had been in contact with because of the blog world. Lucky me got to meet up with Erica Lam (@thestylespy), Megan (@meganfm), Kelsey (@theanthology) and Minna (@thenetworkhub – not pictured!). Knowing that Guu was a stop that I had to make, we set ourselves over there for some Guu(d) times.

Food was delicious and the company was grand – so great meeting you stylish ladies!

I haven’t been too good at updating lately, I have a bunch of posts in queue from awesome contributors, bad on me for not having time to stop and go! I have a bunch of photos from running around, and lots of exploring to be had. Today? It’s about Chinatown, Japadog, Granville Island, SuperStore (the Bay…again), and Yaletown Market. Tomorrow I get to see my family from Vancouver – plenty excited, and my first trip to Burnaby!
