a tribute to the touque

Posted by Gloria 28 December 2007 No Comment

TouqueWarm and Snuggly like your beloved stuffed animal. Touques are a Canadian tradition which captured the hearts of beaver-lovers across the nation. These minimalistic-structured head ornaments are mass market fiends, found in the local dollar store, or priced at a ghastly $40.00+ in the form of Phat Farm or something equally urban.

The tradition is still long withstanding – with this accessory so heavily entrenched in our culture, there is no escaping it. The question is – is it a dollar store purchase or a higher-end retail good?
