I ordered a pair on May 31st....still no sandals...and I live in Dallas where they supposedly ship from. I have sent six e-mails to customer support over two weeks and have received no reply. I too will be contacting my bank this morning to try and get my charges recouped. No way to run a business...if you are really legitimate!!!! I agree with Tom.
