Hey all,
So we’re being shallow and looking for a facelift. It looks a little bare but when you move into a new space it lacks coziness for a little while.
If you’re reading this now, congratulations - you matter most to me. Thanks for visiting, some really big stuff is happening (did someone say…big-awesometown-event?)
Stay stationary and watch me change.
Want to be a part of it? Email me mang.
PS: The comments are still there! They’re just little right now, right under the title. Come back, come back! I miss you all! :D

Now and again UrbaneBloc has allowed me some great opportunity to get connected with others out there via the Internet-land. The most exciting one as of late has been Lauren Conrad, in that I’ve been linked through the official Lauren Conrad Collection website.

200 posts, one undergraduate degree, a new camera, a new job, and a new perspective later, makes me think that July 28th is a fine day to be born.
Thanks for coming to this site, and still, hang tight for some more goodness because it surely is coming in leaps and bounds.
PS: Do me a favour - de-lurk yourself and leave me a little note, so I know you’re there. Thanks!

I hope you’ve all realized by now that I love writing, despite being fairly rusty at the creative (hey, four years in business school doesn’t give allowance to fashion-inclined writing nor anything remotely flowery). In order to sharpen the descriptors up and to break out the literary devices, I’ve started to make an attempt to get my writing out there. ION Magazine is one of these outlets, and I wrote about the up and coming MOD trend for the July issue.
Feel free to let me know what you think about …

Hopefully by now you’ve noticed some changes to UrbaneBloc.com -
a much desired redesign has come about, just in time for the summer.
Don’t get too comfortable - there will be more changes. I’m going back to the roots, to do what I desired from the beginning with this blog - coolhunting, original posts, and pure visual goodness. PS - I would love to hear your feedback on the new look.
Stick around - you’ll be rewarded.

Things have been pretty busy lately, I’ve been trying to get as much stuff planned for UB as possible and so slowly but surely you’ll see UrbaneBloc go through a transitional phase.
I’m not going to share what’s up and coming, but you’ll be sure to notice that things will grow for the better.
Ps - Interested in being a writer? Tell me about it.

Dear Readers,
I’m back! And maybe I can’t say better than ever, yet, but I’m certainly making strides towards getting there. My neurotic tendencies and my newly fixed Mac don’t seem to mix well together, but I’m certain that this website will improve.
Why? Well, a couple reasons:
I’m going to invest time and money into this baby
I got a job! And I’m so utterly content. I’m not going to make mention of the company, but I’m just going to say that it brings out my inner geeky and I love their orange …

Well, not really. My mac’s exploded and it needs a new harddrive / additional repairs, so I’m out of commission for a tad little while (likely until Friday). I’ll post from whatever random places I can. Shall I bring back the days of using MS-Paint?
All signs point to yes. Hey, school’s done in about two days and then it’s good times. Love life? Not quite yet.

It’s that time again! Who doesn’t love a scrumptious brunch? To kick off L’Oreal Fashion week, the lovely TFBB 15 is taking place this coming Sunday. Unfortunately I have only about two more weeks until the end of my undergraduate career and so I cannot attend due to 10281021 things the next week.
To all bloggers and blogees (okay, well, I meant that to refer to readers), I strongly suggest you go and meet these fabulous souls.
I’m off to another 12019821 pages of reading - miss you all (for now)!
