If I’ve learned anything at all in my prime year of the quarter-life crisis, it’s about taking leaps of faiths. Continually, frightfully, apprehensively, and decisively. Whether or not the end result was what I would have expected, it always brought me somewhere better. Higher. And more towards the end goal of 110% being me, because of what you need to do to mentally migrate yourself to your best self.

It’s been exactly half a month since I walked down the aisle but the influx of photos from family and friends brings me right back to the sunny day in Florida, otherwise known as the best day of my life. Leading up to the big day, I spent a lot of time taking care of my skin to ensure that I looked radiant and flawless for my guests and more importantly, my groom. There are many blogs that stress the importance of beginning a wedding beauty routine six to eight months in advance however, I thought that too be a little much. If you find yourself stressing out over the kinds of products to use and maintaining a routine different from what you’re used to, chances are the stress will irritate your skin and do more harm than good. I’ve put together a list of things you should not live without leading up to your big day (many are useful on any regular day as well).

It’s just around the corner…it’s not a bird, it’s not a plane…it’s an occasion. And we’re here to help.
