Two funnies from LGFW S/S 2011 that I had to take away were: 1) Giant Candle Holders on the ground, which I actually one of (in smaller format) that perches on my little yellow side table in my room and 2) Josette and I deciding to cheers in front of a giant cardboard bush (of which there were many dispersed amongst the open area). Go team us.

These pictures just make me so delighted – Mirvish decided when introducing Billy Elliot to Toronto at the Canon Theatre, that they would outfit the four starring Billy boys in titled sweaters to create some buzz worthy buzz. Fabulous? I can wholeheartedly agree.

A someone ominous post came in the post today. I have to admit that I was excitedly tearing through the square red envelope to be welcomed by the image of a comic invitation. The best part? I have a sneaking suspicion that this ties back to mister deadmau5, DJ extraordinaire. Will keep you posted, looks like it’s about to be another Smirnoff Experience for me (bad on me, I didn’t post about when I had seen Keys and Krates and enjoyed way too many bags of popcorn at the last event). They know how to put on a good party.

If I didn’t mention previously, the lull was due to being in Vancouver again for 2010 (oo, a little rhyming action). Lucky me got to tag along with Miss LMC to attend some great events and eat at some great places for the upcoming SCION Magazine (oui, the car is indeed heading for Canada in the early fall). Mucho excited I am, as I was able to do some writing (first love), eating (the second) and photo-taking (the third). More on the happenings of Van city to come. Swag and Tarts, here we come!
Say, I’m not Star Wars enthusiast, but this has proven to be a solidly entertainment few minutes. In promotion of their new line (click click), Adidas has put together this hilario clip that’s getting some major sharing on the interwebs. Watch for yourself.
