It’s the Brian Lichtenberg x Forever 21 collection – and to my surprise, featuring Allie Crandell (she was on the first season of MTV’s The City). Turns out the girl is a pretty amazingly legit model as this surely hasn’t been the first campaign I’ve spotted her in. Girl’s flawless. The collection she’s sporting though? Likely not quite up to par – finding all too often Forever 21 seems to get away with amazing photography and less than stellar product (just like my use of adjectives for this post. Awful).

American Apparel vs Lookbook.nu. Well, more like collaborate with. It’s no secret that the land of all things bright and tight (American Apparel, that is) has embraced a relationship with Lookbook.nu, the land of showcasing these things that are bright and tight. Over 132 favourite images from Lookbook.hu inclusive of American Apparel. Free 64 Page book. . Talk about giving a well-timed “wow” towards this beast.

Who doesn’t like to be a winner? Trip for two to Los Angeles to go on a $5,000 shopping spree with Jason Derulo (aka guy known for sampling Imogen Heap and singing a repetitive song about things in your head…a really catchy one at that). The contest comes alongside the announcement of le new phone, LG Shine Touch, the newest 3G offering from LG. I like slim builds. And having just come from Vegas, I’m digging the idea of heading to LA.

Welcome, Alice. Swarovski’s done a capsule collection to trot along with the release of the new Alice in Wonderland movie by Disney. Capturing the spirit of A.I.W, the line is representative of the movie through its vintage and gothic tones. Sifting through oh so many pieces and much marveling later, I watched the official trailer again on small-screen (aka laptop) and it only reaffirmed that Swarovski has done a stellar job capturing the sentiment in the collection. My favourite? The Round Hall Key from the White Rabbit selection ($130.00). I’ve been digging way too long for a skeleton key necklace, and I’m plenty certain that I’ve met my match. My loves Dragonette is going to be on tour with Little Boots and Fan Death. While Fan Death isn’t as familiar as the other names to me, I’m all to certain that this is going to be a blast of a tour (they’re slated to come to Toronto on April 30th – anyone down?)

As if that wasn’t enough to get overexcited when opening my email, I’ve been provided with an amazing remix of Pick Up The Phone by Arithmatix! (I know, there have been way many of them).
