I recently sat down with Shawna Robinson, part owner of Toronto based label, LABEL – you like that don’t you? See the irony label lovers? Label is the name of the line owned by Robinson and her partner Natalie Sydoruk. The idea is that you see no Label. You define the clothes; the clothes don’t define you.

Earlier I did coverage on Nicole Bridger’s line here. Style with sustenance is the key takeaway from the brand – gorgeous clothing is not the antonym to sustainable fashion. As a well seasoned designer, Nicole Bridger has managed to present an incredible collection with rich colours, styles, and imagery.

I came across these lovely ladies when I was perusing The Clothing Show awhile back (yikes, a week before THE PEEK occurred actually). Las Valentias is the creation of Erin Keatch and Tara Kelly, their line being a product of Toronto Fashion [talent] that’s classic with a dash of funk and unexpected.
