Essie Saved Me. Yes, I already said that…but they really did. On my week off I decided to pamper myself and pamper everything – so I went to the Spa, I went to Lux Spa to get a mani, prior to going to Pure and Simple (the BEST) for an Urban Renewal Facial. Hard life, I know. Right after I finished up at Pure and Simple, I managed to chip a large chunk of out my perfect glossy green polish, and didn’t have the time to rush back and get it touched up.

So what did I do? Naturally, visit 10+ stores in search of the polish to patchwork repair it myself (not a pretty thought…I definitely don’t have a surgeons hand). Unfortunately, no dice. There was nothing. Nothing came up, nothing showed, no greens. The only ones that came even close had an abundance of sparkle that I didn’t have the stomach for (though I won’t lie, I did pick up one as a last resort from Trade Secrets). Then I resorted to SMED (or social media).

Facebook.com/EssieCanada receives all the shoutouts in the world from me. They were responsive, caring, and interested in having me share my story. Within a day, I received an email from NKPR and was all smiles another day later as they couriered (COURIERED!) over a perfect bottle of Going Incognito to my house on a Saturday. Perfect, and just in time.
