It’s been a little while since I went to an event (mostly because I’ve been so busy planning THE PEEK), but this was definitely worth breaking the hiatus. Held at the Andrew Richard Designs Loft, the event was a catered, dj-ed, well decorated, fashion-maven-rich event. I bumped into some familiar faces, and finally got to meet Ashley Rowe of Miss Rowe fame (I did a Q&A with her a little while back, you can revisit it here). It was a great review of the trends that we should expect in fashion, hair, and makeup. The gathering was a fantastic sensory overload – from the bright pink drinks from X-Rated Fusion Liqueur to the taste bud pleasing Marben Catering.

The most incredible thing? The mother of all lootbags – I’ve never received anything like it before. Products from demalogica, John Freida, Michael Kors, Old Navy, H&M, Tom Ford, Clinique, Benefit, Ditzy, Nine West, Madison Shoes, Jergens, Schwarzkopf, Cargo, Kinerase, and Diesel. I wish I had more pictures from the event, but on my oh-so-luck-filled-day (complete sarcasm, it was the worst day ever), my camera battery died after two photos and my phone just didn’t work so hot. Till next time – don’t worry, our event will have plenty!
