I think I’m going to find myself writing about American Apparel a lot more lately – it’s my latest muse (and great amusement). I’m intrigued by their sunglasses and their claims that we, the average consumer, can get our optometrists (one that I lack) to fill their frames. Roite.
Regardless, their funked out shades are just what I need. I’m a firm believer in wearing shades in the winter (yeah, albedo effect and all. Thanks gr 10 science) – consider these babies the next time you need to protect those eyeballs.

i may have to leave those cheap aviators for the summer months and rock me a pair of these once retro but not so retro anymore sunglasses
true story – I love the ritz ones, they’re gorgeous. maybe the model’s making them look better than they actually would on me but…I’ll keep dreaming :)

yvonne! I totally have a pair of $5 ones I love…but they smell like hardcore plastic and I think they’re bad for my eyes lol.
