It’s all too likely that there’s something such as having too much fun for your own good. Carole and I did just that at the Harley Davidson Garage Party to benefit Rethink Breast Cancer. The event was framed around movie-set-material. Meaning from once you were to step into the Fermenting Cellar at the Distillery District, everything was a checklist from Hair and Makeup to doing the “cover of a magazine” (DOLCE Magazine). It was a night of severe spoiling – goodies, food, hilarious activities (I’d share the videos of us lifting 800lb Harleys, but even that’s too mortifying for me to see fit to share), and entertainment (yes, even dancers with different routines).
The premise? Educate women and allow them to get over the initial barrier to motorcycle lifestyle – all with the benefit of raising funds for Breast Cancer. An intensely fun time, alongside a light layer of education and some solid socializing (loved seeing Jas, Michelle, and Ines!)
Have a sift through the pictures below – try not to giggle too much.
