Haute Hippie is amazing. AMAZING.
There are few lines that I can say were truly love at first sight for me, but Haute Hippie, my friends, was love at first sight. Totally boho chic and eclectic. Not contrived. No conformist vibe going on. You can almost hear Jimi or Joni playing as the Haute Hippie woman walks down the street.
I’d dress like this every day if I could.
Born in New York to “five people, one seven-year-old girl and her small dog”, Haute Hippie is as independent as it gets when it comes to fashion, yet is refined enough to be on any runway, anywhere (that’s my word). Made for that chick who, to be frank, really just doesn’t give a ____! She’s totally independent and you love her.
My faves include the mirror mini dress (love), the cream tunic w/ gold details (amazement), the red MJ gown (heaven), the white 70s T-shirt dress (beauty), the fringe black mini (dope), the tank w/ detachable necklace (hot), and the backless macramé poncho-esque top (which hippie collection would be complete w/o a poncho?)
Yes, the line is a tad pricey…but who cares. I love it. That’s all.
