Juicy for Men

I have to admit that upon learning that Juicy made a collection for men, I giggled a little. However, with further investigation I realized that this was a highly legitimate line – an extension of allegedly high fashioned goods for the opposite gender the brand is usually identified with.

Whatever happened to Juicy? Famed for their atrociously overpriced velour tracksuits (which reminded me only of ghetto fabulous rap videos), and mismatched colour bags, Juicy in my eyes has only experienced a downturn. After the introduction of nylon-esque tracksuits in 2006 (which later went on sale for $30.00 for the top and bottom), I began to lose respect for the ‘middle class couture’ brand.

What is it like for men? The selection of clothing looks rather minimal and lacking breadth and depth. Boys – would you wear it?

I think it’s pretty funny that Juicy Men exists – I never even knew. Good to know everyone hates it. Let’s move on!
