I had a pretty delightful week last week – filled with fitness and free cheeses (balance, right?) JUKARI Fit to Fly is a new addition to King West Fitness in terms of their classes. Basically aerobics with flare, fun music, and lots of flying. A partnership between Reebok and Cirque du Soleil, classes started March 23rd at King West Fitness for those who are interested in a one-hour full body work out. See those trapeze-like ropes? They’re the FlySet. It’s currently available in more than 30 clubs in 16 countries, and has a lovely little video below with over 90,000+ views.

JUKARI Fit to Fly gives women the feeling that they are performing while they’re working out. The moves and series in the class are inspired by positions and routines performed by Cirque du Soleil artists in their shows – but the workout itself is adaptable for all fitness levels,” says Lyn Heward, Creative Director of the Reebok-Cirque du Soleil program

Good luck, flyers.
