I’m loving LENKA – she’s a hybrid of Feist and…something edgier. It’s happy-go-lucky, somewhat sappy, peppy, and right up my alley as of late. Check it out on blocmusic (look to your right hand side, puleeze). It’s so sing-along-able (an official measure of quality music). Click here to see her video for “The Show”.
Some other goodies that are new on release? Dido (same Dido-goodness, a bit more mellow though) and Eva Avila (you’ll recognize “The Music”) have some great new tracks as well. Ever feel like filling in the silence in your life with happiness / female easy listening? I do!

ahh i love her! she sounds so “cherry” :D
Just had a quick listen to a few of her tracks; she really has got a great voice. Might have to head along to the London show when she comes to the UK in October.
