I was gifted with two lovely Kiss the Girl T-Shirts for review – and I must say that I was pleasantly delighted. While I’m not usually an advocate for graphic tees, I found these ones of what I’d almost deem excessively comfortable, just the right amount of kitsch, and the perfect go-to for a casual day of…you guessed it, weekend work. Throw on a lavender dress shirt (I’m obsessed with the perma wrinkle one that I got from Talula), a waist belt (the one pictured is my favourite belt, Brave Belt), and some other mish mash (here being a jersey dress and tall taupe boots with leg warmers), and you’ve got yourself an outfit.
I did some webcam photos of the shirt initially, and they were too embarrassing to feature (though they’re in a thumby below). So instead, while on my photo venture on Main Street with Vijaya (for VJ!), I had her snap a few with me still clad in this.
Let me know what you think in le comments!
That shirt is Too Good, Tooo Good…seriously
*pretty
lookin’ good globia! :)
Heh, if this is weekend casual and it’s already SO pretty, your weekday outfits must be even MORE amazing! :)
PS: I like the shirt! I normally dislike graphic T-shirts, too, unless it’s extremely comfy, fits well, or the front says something I like! That one isn’t too plain (there’s a textured background) and the graphic portion is totally chic and manageable (as in, you can totally incorporate it into a more “serious”/pretty wardrobe as you have done here) and best of all, it doesn’t make one look like a teenymabobber! :P
Thanks for the comment Sandy! Not your run-of-the-mill shirt, that’s fo sho!
Mark – not really sure what you mean?
Sushi & Jenny – thanks so much my darlings! xoxo
Hey
Dual meaning: pictures are at Too Good Pond, no? and the shirt looks good!
Kiss the girl products were kinda cool before I realized they just put there tag over another brands tag. LAME. . .
