This magazine is a gem. It has a whimsical aura about it, and it’s a baby of a publication which I didn’t realize. I was first exposed to it a year ago when my friend gave it to me for my birthday.
Lula Magazine is a hefty collection of glossy and bold images presenting underground fashions with a child-like quality. Page to page there are quotes in large bold print accompanied by diverse photography styles – there are no lengthy articles, only eye candy for the fashion soul.

how can i find out history of this magazine? It is not on Wikipedia. But Another Magazine and pop are there. Aren’t they all sort of the same so they all should be there? Who is the editor of the Lula?

Hi! I like the Lula magazine. I think the typo is fantastic. I long to know which font they use.
the font is their own that they had designed for them and i think that it is the only one that they use x

Hey, I think there’s an issue due out really soon. It’ll be the 6th one I think. This magazine sells for a lot on ebay, especially back issues as they tend to be really hard to find. It’s a twice yearly one, but I haven’t got a hold of one yet :( Hopfully soon! if anyone finds any info let me know!

Wow! Well, I think that my friend purchased it at a regular Chapters/Indigo, I don’t know if it was from anywhere special?

I just discovered Lula for the first time this weekend. Was having a really good long browse through all the design mags at Borders Books, Edinburgh (a rare treat) then my eyes alighted on Lula. I’d never heard of it before but felt compelled to buy it. Really enjoying the photography & otherworldly vibe!

Looks like a rather interesting issue..
The Lula font is a customized Kursivschrift.
