Out and About: Mass Exodus and FAT

In the last couple weeks I had the pleasure of going to Mass Exodus and FAT (Toronto Alternative Fashion Week). Both showcased some lesser known designers which I hope to bring to light through our lovely web channel.
Some commentary:
Mass Exodus 2008 (Paramnesia) was something that I decided to go to based on a random invite from an elementary school friend, Janet (ENCHANTED), a graduating student from the Ryerson Fashion Design Program. Little did I know that her hard work and extreme talent would be showcased at the end of the event, closing off Mass Exodus 2008. The elaborate costume designs were not only lush and elegant, but elaborate and stunning, making a dramatic exit for the show.
I was on location for FAT twice last week, once volunteering for a short period of time stuffing bags (fashion and its abundance of glamour will do that), and also on a press pass on Friday. With great labels such as Armor, UsThemWe, and Krane, FAT brought Toronto talent to life.
Check out some random snaps that I got from these events.

I want a photography press pass :O
