I’m all for attractive audio – that’s why I think ipod fever is catching on so strong. An edgier alternative to the otherwise seemingly generic ipod earbuds, would be Skull Candy audio accessories. I can still remember vividly how I got introduced to these. It was when an entire Chinese university class was fighting over buffet-style food displays and lost amidst all the people, I spotted headphones my friend was donning with a skull splashed onto them. A cute skull.
“What brand is that?”
Then he tipped his head downwards for me to see SKULLCANDY printed across the top band of the headphones. Since then I haven’t been able to stop ogling them when in an HMV or electronics store.
Lucky for me, Chris (mr. mindzai.com) in his mucho tech-supportive way, got these for me for my birthday. So glad – I had completely mangled my poor ipod buds by this time, was time for an upgrade. The only awkwardity (yes, made up word) about the Skull Candy buds were the fact that they were more in-ear, and came with a pamplet that had extraordinary warnings within. Freaky.
Enjoy!

owww! I really like the first pair of headphones…
I got a pair of red in-ear skullcandy on sale – but I just couldn’t dooo it. I had to go back to my not so fancy headphones because I’m super paranoid about losing my hearing. The gamut of colours are amazing! But I recently saw a pair of wooden skull candy earbuds- (hopping on the eco-trend) they’re simply awesome…I wish I could do earbuds!
