It’s been a good time, that summer 2011. I apologize for being away, but am grateful at the chance. I’m going to miss everything – the colourful jumpsuits, the sweet rompers, the obnoxious sunglasses. Two weeks or less left of this warm weather and we’re off to the races again with chills and the turning of leaves.

In efforts to properly bid adieu this fine and favourite season, I’ve compiled some picks for coveted outfits of Summer Season ’11.

1. Yellow is Gold by Sunshine & Shadow Jumpsuit: Yellow is everything. And gold. It’s a fantastic piece to have as a statement (but definitely not the staple, you don’t want to be caught on more than multiple occasions in this buster). Relaxed, free flowing, and full of sunshine.
2. Love Label Frill Front Jumpsuit: Romantical and able to wear into the night. I suppose they might call this a shift jumper. It’s a lovely salsa-inspired suit
3. Motel Dotty Jumpsuit in Cherry Blossom: Floral is still very, very much in. Roses budding and a blanket of floral pattern, this is a definite daytime jumpsuit
4. Redopin Wrap-Front Strapless Jumpsuit: It’s lego blue, and it’s here to stay. Paired with some killer patterned pumps and you have something special going.
