I watched the Devil Wears Prada, I read the Devil Wears Prada, and I was hooked on Ugly Betty. I think the main purpose of Stylista is to make it all real and concrete (much like America’s Next Top Model but with a much lower production budget).

Stylista is framed around the makings of Anne Slowey’s (Elle Magazine’s Editor) Assistant / an Editorial Position at Elle. Amongst the competitors – a Chinese Linguist (hmm, stop making Asian References Gloria), the ditziest former Law School drop out, a Boutique Owner, and many other crazies.

Amidst all the randoms, it’s turned out to be a pretty succinct program that I’ve been hooked on for the last 48 hours. Check it (but not the website, you’ll have a rude spoiler)
