Plenty cool – the fourth shirt of a six part series in a limited edition collective from ION Magazine x Robert Mearns. Nothing like getting a little taste of the rich Vancouver cultural flavour prior to going there. They call this one Ernie ’10 – it’s a street-infused, raw design that men and women can jump into. Have a look at the rest of the collabo here. $30.00 for a piece of limited-ness.
Robert Mearns is a young and talented artist from Vancouver. Robert is known for his photorealistic portraits of interesting locals, his six foot five stature and his equally large personality. In a city full of talented artists, he seemed like the perfect one to collaborate on a shirt that features a dead Expo Ernie.

Just une slight shoutout to ION Magazine – they’ve nabbed Lykke Li for the front cover of this month’s issue (pretty rad timing as she just did a great show in Toronto early February, and has been making waves with Aritzia as of late). Pick up a copy at your local hip spot (aka in Toronto that would be near every store down Queen West), or check it out online HERE.

Hey Darlins,
You knew it was coming – another issue and more words from me in ION MAGAZINE’s February Issue (Issue #54). Read up on my coverage of MILLBURN (what a smashing guy by the by) in this issue. Mon article is on pages 20-21.
Notice anything new? ION’s got a new logo, new look, and new format on their website (www.ionmagazine.ca). Ch-ch-ch-ch-check it out.
