Here we go – The EATONS are back again, with cover art from mister Flex. Come out to the Silver Dollar on August 26th (oh, Thursday eh?) and give them a deserving cheers to the new CD. Join Boris and co (and me!) starting at 9:00pm and tap your feet along with some sweet new tunes. The other bands featured aren’t half-bad either, which is half reason for you to come out. So, come!

The EATONS played at Edge 102.1 yesterday night to an open crowd at 9pm. The venue was packed, the music was good, and it was overall good times. These guys are not only hilariously fun and talented, but are well deserving of winning Edge 102′s Indie online voting contest. Their new EP is expected in January 2010, but in the meantime, play it all out on their MYSPACE.

Hey homies – I haven’t been around for the last several days because I’ve been running amuck (as per the uushe). Did a lot of photo taking, tweeting, writing, and organizing in a short timespan. Wonderful it was.

So some people might be wondering where I’ve been lately – work work work work work of all sorts. I’ve resorted to repetition, ‘dudular’ clothing (that one was for you Wayne), getting delirious after long streams of work, and laying in bed not wanting to move for long periods of time. And it all boils down to this wonderous event that’s taking place tomorrow (October 4, 2008 – 6:00pm – 12:00am at New Era).

It’s going to be a good turnout, look forward to seeing you all there! Will have pictures to follow.

Not to sound all groupie-like, but this is a callout to The Eatons, who will be playing at THE PEEK early October, at the New Era Flagship Store (Queen West Yall!). They’re coming out with some great new material, but in the meantime you can check their EP available on iTunes and MySpace. The Eatons are getting some good buzz around town, so check ‘em out now now now. They’re addictive man.
