While another hot commodity (by the same moniker) has been on my music rotation as of late, The Drake General Store has been my downtown desirable. Not just sold by the gorgeous photography that they’ve captured of the physical retreat, The Drake General Store sits pretty at three locations:

Capturing inspiration from the classic general store, the museum shop and the flea market stand, we’ve worked really hard to create a unique destination for classic and modern goods and goodies, with a sense of whimsy and nostalgia that caters to the sensible and the not so sensible; travelers and neighbours alike.

I’ll admit to being strangely fascinated with the kitschy-est goods on an ongoing basis, and so I’m more than ecstatic to have a local spot embrace it so wholeheartedly. In a few words? It’s perfect.
