The Jet Cooper Crib
This post has been a little while in the making – it’s the Jet Cooper crib! A tad bit ago @skanwar and @verneho journeyed off into digital experience agency land, and with that foray came the need for some furnishings. I’m by no means well versed in interior design, but when given the opportunity to choose sweet stuff, I’m all for it! Read downwards to see what we ended up with and check out pictures of their crib aka office.
It started with a tight budget (that we managed to beat), tons of Queen Street perusing, Craigslist searching, and many trips to IKEA (my newfound second home). As with any home, you start small and build up.
So what’d we end up getting? Here goes:
- Evian x Jean Paul Gaultier Bottles: Posted previously, these glass bottles make for some icy nice decor
- Coaster-ville: We snaggled the magazine coasters from Urban Barn, and the boys purchased the CS4 coasters from The Design Town. Decoration only!
- Fail whale and RSS Pillows. What more is there to say?
- The Barcelona Chair’s counterpart: C’est un ottoman! A comfy place to rest your feet or park yourself as make-shift seating
- IKEA Table with custom Logo Vinyl: I was strangely delighted with the Lillberg – good little natural table. Even better with some vinyl.
- Patterned Carpet: This one took a little selling. At the advice of Miss C. Bails, I scoped out Home Depot for this trinket. A favourite!
- Rolling Storage: Check the sassy Mikael storage. Helloooo birch!
- White branches and clear glass: It’s a little piece of happy, that and a good place to store your umbrella.
Perched just off the corner of Adelaide and Spadina, the #JetCooper office is the place to hang! Thanks Satish and Verne for letting me mosy up with all these furniture / extra picks!
