The WOMEN x WOMEN exhibition is an official off-site event for LG Fashion Week F/W 2010, celebrating Canada’s top female fashion photographers. The Advocates are in their second year of planning this amazing collective, and are inviting the public to view the works of photographers who have appeared in the likes of Flare, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, ELLE Canada, and other monumental fashion publications. Over 100 new photographs will be presented in person, and complemented by an online social media presence. Admittedly, I had to watch the videos a couple times because they were so engaging.
“Going into our second year, we thought that film and social media would be the perfect way to share the vision of our photographers with a broader audience,” said event Co-Founder Alice Keith. “The films are intended to inspire young women to get behind the lens and create the future of fashion in their own vision.”
“WOMEN x WOMEN is a movement that engages talent, industry professionals and followers alike, and brings awareness to the unique perspective of female fashion photographers,” said event Co-Founder Angela Young. “We would like to give a special thank you to Vistek for their generous support of the WOMEN x WOMEN photographers, and to all our sponsors who helped to make WOMEN x WOMEN possible this year.”

Hey Gloria,
What’s the source for that photo at the top in the AA lace print dress?
Thanks!
Hey Joey!
Not sure what exactly you mean, but the image was taken by photographer Maude Arsenault.
I saw the lookbook.nu x AA collabo – will be posting soon, looks great!
