Wynne Leung Art - Sarah Bareilles

It’s really no secret that I think the world of this girl – Wynne Leung is back again with some amazing prints (these ones framed after Sarah Bareilles). There’s so much rich imagery and emotion within these cool vector drawings meshed with strong photography. I’ve got a couple hanging in my room, they’re a great reminder at how amazing and strong women are (as per this video with Jooksings way long ago mentions).

Wait and see!

I actually went to check out her site awhile ago because you link it all the time :) and WOW – I WAS SOO FLOORED BY HER ART. SHE’S FREAKIN’ TALENTED AND CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL! And I saw that video interview as well and I love the fact that she creates art on women and she gives really does give these women justice!

I don’t know how to say this, but when I look at some art of women, they are usually extremely provocative and NO MATTER how much agency is in that type of thing and NO MATTER how ARTISTIC they make it.. I still feel that it benefits men more than women. I really love that in her case, her women can be so incredibly STUNNING without needing to be stereotypical. The black and whites and shades of colouring is soo great, too.

Makes me want to buy some of her art and I don’t even known her. :P

Absolutely – she’s such a fantastic person all around, feel free to contact her if you’d like to purchase some art! I have two of her prints hanging in my room, I know exactly how you feel about seeing how incredible she is just through her work. The girl is even more awesome off-paper :)

The pieces just keep getting better!!
